Professional Red Team (PRT) Review:

Our professional red team review consists of independent review from system analysis and design experts, technical specialists and proposal manager. In this stage we focus on aligning the content to match the evaluation factor requirements. We focus on the objective, creative and innovative part during the red team review.  We recommend professional red team review upon the completion of your solution design and initial proposal draft. PRT reviews the proposal solution to match the agencies requirement, compare it to the existing solution in the market, and perform independent evaluation factors. We review the content from technical, management and pricing standpoint. At PRT review stage the document should have final or near final graphics, tables, data, resumes. The Red Team review reflects the perspective of the customer’s evaluators /source selection review board. Compliance and clarity are the top priority items. We review the responsiveness, compelling story, best value, technical acceptance. During the Red Team review we make an assessment if the solution offered is potentially too expensive and the risks involved in delivery.
